Why this exists
Most aspect ratio problems are small, but they come at bad moments: just before an export, during a client review, or in a handoff that needs to happen today. Ratio Finder Pro is built to answer the question quickly ("what size, what shape, will it fit?") and get you back to the real work.
What it does
- Calculates matching widths and heights for any ratio, with a live preview of the shape.
- Reads your images locally to find their exact dimensions, ratio and orientation.
- Shows format fit: how much a crop to each common shape would remove.
- Resizes and downloads an image at a new size, with your choice of padding or cropping.
- Explains the concepts through guides and real-world stories.
Privacy by design
All calculations and image processing happen in your browser. Images you open with the tool are not uploaded to our server. The only things stored on your device are your theme choice and your cookie preferences. See the privacy policy for details.
Free to use
Ratio Finder Pro is free and doesn't need an account. It may be supported by advertising in the future, and only with the consent choices described in the privacy policy.
